No Alcohol permitted without PRIOR approval- must apply at least one month in advance. Must rent ENTIRE facility for alcohol approval. (Additional Fees & Licensed Bartender will be required if approved)
Meeting Rooms:
Each meeting room can accommodate 50 people or multiple rooms can be rented and expanded to include meeting rooms #1 and #2 or #1, #2, & #3 to accommodate up to 150 people.
Meeting Room #1: This is a 24’ X 45’ room.
Permanent projector, available at an additional cost.
Max Capacity: 50 people
Meeting Room #2: This is a 24’ X 45’ room.
Max Capacity: 50 people
Meeting room #3: This is a 22’ X 45’ room.
Overhead door that opens up in to the kitchen. Use of kitchen is an additional cost.

Daily Rate for 1 Room: $125.00
Daily Rate for 2 Rooms: $200.00
Daily Rate for 3 Rooms: $300.00
Exhibit Hall:
This is a 85’ X 90’ hall.
There are two set of retractable bleachers one on each side with a total seating capacity of 640 people.

Max Capacity when using Bleacers & Chairs: 1200 (Based on set up)
Max Capacity when using Tables & Chairs: 450 (Based on set up)

Daily Rate: $650.00
For Livestock Events: $600 setup/teardown fee
The Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds does not provide mulch, shavings, bedding, soil, or other similar materials for events. Event users are responsible for providing and removing any materials brought onto the fairgrounds. Any cleanup required following an event will result in a cleanup fee, as determined by Boone County Fairgrounds staff.
Kitchen
This is a short order kitchen with two grills, two fryers, and a small range.

If paid Caterer, Lessee must follow all Boone Co regulations, please contact the Boone Co Health Dept. at 765-483-4458 for further questions.
MUST obtain, at least 10 days in advance of event, a permit from the Boone Co Health Dept. at 765-483-4458.
