Do you have Long Term Campsites Available?
Yes, we do have long term campsites available. These spots are very popular and full. If you would like to be put on our waitlist, you can submit a request by clicking here.
Are tables and chairs available with the facility rental?
Facility rentals come equipped with racked tables and chairs. For our Facility team to setup the tables and chairs, additional charges apply.
Do you have round tables available with a facility rental?
Round Tables are vailable in the Witham Pavilion and the Farm Bureau Inc. Community Building. Limited number of tables are available in each of these buildings. These round tables are not available for off-site rentals.
Following the conclusion of your event, you will be given an opportunity to reschedule for the next year?
Please contact our office and we will do our best to accommodate your request. It is recommended that you contact the office soon after your event for availability as our facilities fill quickly.
Can buildings be booked more than 1 year in advance?
Yes, facilities may be booked more than a year in advance, based on availability. You will be required to pay a NON-refundable payment at the time of confirmation to schedule more than a year in advance. Prices are subject to change.
