Boone Cooperative Advantage (BCA) Building

BCA Building: 

• This is a 6000 square foot post frame building with a concrete floor that was updated in 2023.

• This building is a climate-controlled building.

• This building would be great for a livestock auction, animal show, banquet or large meeting space or a great addition to REMC Hall building.

• Max Capacity: 400 people (Based on set up)

Rate: 

• Daily Rate: $400.00

• For Livestock Events: $600 setup/teardown fee

The Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds does not provide mulch, shavings, bedding, soil, or other similar materials for events. Event users are responsible for providing and removing any materials brought onto the fairgrounds. Any cleanup required following an event will result in a cleanup fee, as determined by Boone County Fairgrounds staff. 

ALCOHOL REQUIREMENTS: 

• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMITTED ON 4-H GROUNDS, (without prior approval)

• Alcohol with PRE APPROVAL (30 days prior to event)
